G3 Series Auto-CPAP.
The quietest night we've ever engineered. Auto-titrating positive airway pressure with a humidifier that learns your environment, a flow generator tuned below a library whisper, and cloud adherence your clinician sees the morning after.
- Pressure range 4 – 20 cmH₂O
- Sound level < 22 dB(A)
- Humidifier Heated, 380 mL
- Connectivity Wi-Fi · 4G · BLE
The therapy
you don't hear.
A five-stage turbine damper, acoustically decoupled from the housing, and a mass-flow diffuser that breaks turbulence before it becomes sound. The G3 idles below 22 dB(A) — quieter than the rustle of a bedsheet.
- 01Five-stage turbine damping with magnetic bearings
- 02Acoustic decoupling via floating inner frame
- 03Mass-flow diffuser breaks turbulence pre-outlet
- 04Auto-quiet mode drops idle noise a further 3 dB
AutoSense III.
Pressure that listens.
AutoSense III samples airway dynamics 100 times a second. When it senses a flow-limitation signature — before apnea takes hold — it nudges pressure upward within three seconds. When the airway relaxes, pressure steps back down so the therapy never feels heavier than it needs to be.
- 01100 Hz airway dynamics sampling
- 02Flow-limitation prediction ahead of event
- 03Stepped pressure release on relaxation
- 04Per-patient baseline learns over 7 nights
Breath that feels
like home air.
A climate-line tube senses ambient temperature along its length and steers humidifier output to match. No rainout. No dryness. Just air that matches the room you're sleeping in — from a villa in Riyadh to a cabin outside Brussels.
- 01In-tube climate sensing, end-to-end
- 02380 mL tank for a full 9-hour night
- 03Dishwasher-safe chamber, 3-click swap
- 04Dry-mode cleanse cycle for patient safety
Adherence the clinician
sees at breakfast.
Every G3 unit reports usage, AHI, leak and pressure to Horizon OS — our FHIR-native adherence platform. Clinicians triage in a feed. Patients see progress in a tab. Insurers receive audit-ready reports without a single manual export.
- 01Wi-Fi, 4G LTE and Bluetooth LE on board
- 02HL7 FHIR R4 — hospital-ready integration
- 03GDPR compliant · EU data residency
- 04OTA firmware with staged rollout per site
The numbers, without varnish.
Every value measured at 23 °C, sea-level ambient, with a 15 mm circuit and M-size mask. Full IEC 80601-2-70 conformance documentation available to partners on request.

A device that earns its
place by the lamp.
Most nights, our clinicians tell us, the G3 simply vanishes — sitting unnoticed on the bedside table, drawing no attention, producing no sound the patient registers. It's the quietest compliment a medical device can receive.
“ We trialled the G3 across our sleep lab and home-titration service for eighteen months. Patient-reported noise complaints fell to effectively zero, and the adherence feed changed how our nurses triage — we now intervene before a patient drops off therapy, not after.
